Rwanda Kanyege Honey Process - 12 oz
The Kanyege washing station, at 1,870 meters above sea level, is located in the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda's western province. Farmers in this region are growing older Bourbon cultivars. While most coffees are “wet process” from Kanyege, this is a honey process. Honey process removes the outer cherry but leaves much of the sticky fruit intact then the beans are left to dry.
Flavor notes include: Kraft Caramels, Butter Toffee, Honey Graham Cracker.
